Types of apricots
Shahroudi Apricot: It has a large, elongated fruit, sharp and sweet, the skin is yellow and red, and the color of the fruit flesh is yellow. It has suitable transportation power and acceptable marketability.
Ordbad Apricot: Medium-sized fruits are yellow on the surface. The flesh of the fruit is yellow, firm and relatively sweet.
Asgarabadi apricot: the fruit is large and yellow on the surface, the flesh is white, hard and sweet.
Shahroudi Apricot: Its fruits are semi-large and very attractive, and the orange surface tends to be red.
Jahangiri apricot: Its fruit is ovoid, yellow and red in color, its flesh is deep yellow and ripens in late July, and it is suitable for fresh eating and does not have a good storage capacity.
Tabrize apricot: This apricot is a medium-sized fruit with a pale red color and yellow flesh. The main color of the fruit is dark red when ripe.
